Open the file, click “Run”, then “Next” and you’ll have a remote support code and password auto-generated. Provide these credentials to us and we will be able to remote in to your machine and start troubleshooting.

This software will only allow a remote connection when it’s opened, so you’ll be in charge of when you need remote support. Or, if you’d prefer to allow us to monitor a system at a moments notice, the software can be configured to run in the background too.
